One thing you spoke about was "flexibility" and NOT being flexible and that's something that I'm struggling with on Substack. I've had to be flexible my whole life and also in my career as an RN healthcare professional, so to take all of that and rear for here is something I've been working on.

Excited now that I'm focusing on my offer, which is my publication, which includes valuable perks for paid, annual and VIP subscribers.
Been working on that this week about to send out a post which will be paywall after I give valuable information and then discuss one specific offer with joining the publication.
I understand now that when I'm writing articles something I need to focus on whether I add a button or a little bit of text or however, I do it.
