How To Make $1K+ Monthly Freelancing (in one hour per day)
I'll show you how to use Fiverr to launch your soloprenership or boost your income.
If you’re just starting as a solopreneur, and/or you’re doing it part-time, making $1000 per month with 1 hour of work per day probably sounds amazing.
Right?
Well, I think I can show you how to do that.
FYI, this e-mail is longer than usual. I hope you get a lot of value from it.
Secret to Success: Fiverr
Some gurus look down on freelance platforms. They’ll tell you to build a website, start a blog, and post on social media: in short, do things the “expensive” way.
It’s the expensive way because when you have a website, a blog, and a social media presence, you gain online credibility, which you can use to command higher rates.
But the expensive way is also the slow way.
If you want fast results, I’d go with Fiverr.
Why Fiverr.
I’ve been working on Fiverr, Upwork and Freelancer, and I’ve chosen to stuck with Fiverr (despite their many problems). I’ve earned $220K on the platform, with my highest-earning month being $10K.
Even though I’m in the top 1% on Fiverr, there are a few much more inspirational stories than mine on the platform.
Georgia Austin made $1.7 million on Fiverr in two years, mostly focusing on SEO writing. Keep in mind she also uses LinkedIn to lead potential clients to her Fiverr account.
Alessandra Fassulo made $1 million with copywriting.
Levi Newman made $1.2 million writing mostly product descriptions.
Sure, these are Fiverr superstars. But it comes to show there’s more to the platform than you know (or expect).
Can you make Fiverr work as a beginner?
I’m making good money on Fiverr now, but I’m Pro-Rated, Top-Rated and have 1200+ reviews. What if you’re just starting out?
The first thing to know is that, even though the platform is still called Fiverr, the average order value these days is $200.
Fiverr worked hard to boost credibility in front of buyers, introducing their Pro Rated services on top of their Level 1, Level 2 and Top Rated tiers.
All Pro-Rated sellers go through a human-led verification process. While Fiverr’s original tiers can only be achieved by gaining credibility on the platform, you can get Pro-Rated status the moment you join as long as you apply for it and get approved. This instantly puts you in the $100+ price range.
To make it even easier for sellers to achieve great results, Fiverr introduced the Seller Pro program. This is a paid program. It costs $30 per month and gives you access to a personal Success Manager. You can e-mail this person and book regular meetings with them. They will help you polish your offerings and set up your gigs for success.
Another great thing about Fiverr is the fact that it’s built on productised services—which is exactly what your gigs are.
Instead of going through a gruesome hiring process, you put your services into neat packages that clients can buy directly: no meetings, no applications, no nothing.
500 words of Web Copy: $200
1000 words of Web Copy: $350
5 sales e-mails: $200
It’s easy, you know? Clients can shop on Fiverr the way they’d shop in any store.
