I also love to INVEST the money I make. Not really in courses now but in experts that can help me on a 1:1 level.

, 76% of the wealthy exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. That's interesting! Would loe to do it again too. On Vacay we exercise with the kids but at home it's hard to make the time although my friend Valentin would say I have to make time.

Did you see that Michael Simmons mentioned you too? :) I restacked it and mentioned you as well, my friend.

I guess I'll change the thumbnail of our video one more time. Will let you know onve I did it. Plus it's gonna become a podcast episode. Will share more soon.

How are your Gumroad projects going?

Awesome topic. Most people aren’t a millionaire but spend like they’re a billionaire. That’s why they’re stuck in the rat race.

Right?? Most people who look like they're millionaires are totally broke. Then you can bump into a millionaire on the street and not even know it. I know a few multi-millionaires; none of them looks like it. Well, one is a car-enthusiast, the other is a foodie, so they obviously will enjoy themselves; but never in a flashy way, no too expensive clothes, no idiotic attitude, nothing like that. And the one who's a foodie goes to expensive restaurants but drives a Volvo. :) So yeah.

My cousin is the son of a billionaire and you wouldn't be able to differentiate his dad from any executive.

I loved that you mentioned health. It's no secret that millionaires now are all investing in cutting edge longevity technology.

But that's expensive. Just by eating healthy and exercising even briefly but regularly we can ensure our main tool (our body) stays in pristine shape.

And it doesn't cost much. I never eat junk food. My parents can't believe how cheap are my grocery receipts.

And for exercise, I do 15 minutes of yoga every morning. Plus 2-3 30 minutes bodyweight workouts per week at home. Plus walking of course.

I've never been stronger or more flexible. And I'm 42.

Spending money is a concept that's seems obvious but it's hard to grasp.

Since the moment we start reading about "getting rich" we're taught to save money and not spend it on a cup of coffee.

Yet, sometimes spending it on a cup of coffee, and an expensive one in an expensive place, can yield more ROI than most other things.

Loved the article :)

Oh, Maya, first, I thought, "Well, this is probably not related to what I try/can do." And just again, you surprised me with how targeted you can simplify and transfer elements from big businesses into small entrepreneurship to just get tiny steps towards building connections, prioritising health and investing time wisely. Thank you so much!

We really have to get conscious about the many insidious ways we believe in scarcity and lack. The ability to come from abundant knowing changes how we perceive what we do and what needs to be done. When I face a decision about how to use my time am I coming from love and abundance or fear and scarcity? I imagine there are millionaires that come from scarcity...but I am guessing they have a harder time holding on to their wealth...

This is great information. I fully agree with a lot you said here. My trilogy publications work in synergy to create a holistic successful life. Prioritize self-love (including becoming more likable and approachable), this leads to better overall relationships, which leads to better business success. One cannot really go without the other.

Thank you Maya. Whilst I have been working on a low budget I have been putting money away for business use. I was initially thinking of using it for advertising but may go for a course or an event. I am already a member of one networking group. Perhaps another group, a conference or focused advertising. Certainly building B2B links could be the way to go as we discussed.

What a fresh perspective, Maya!

I loved it and I especially agree with the point about giving yourself time and focusing on your wellbeing first.

I exercise every day and it's something that I prioritize. It helps me think, reflect, solve and ideate.

I'm working on the point about networking too.
